Go to a thrift store beforehand and buy a bunch of hats or have attending guests bring some. The more outlandish, the better! Some thrift stores will even "rent" you the hats or give you a partial refund if you tell them what you are doing and return them after the shower.

As the guests come in, they are each given a hat. Don't worry if you don't have enough hats. People can trade. After everyone has relaxed and had some coffee, each guest should put on their hat and act out the part best suited to their hat.

Everyone gets to vote on the best performance.
