The party date is approaching and now that you had a little break it is time to get back into things. This is the week where you will be picking up the invitations, addressing them and sending them out.
Don’t forget to add RSVP’s in your invitations and as a common courtesy, leave a space for attendees to mention any food allergies. In today’s world, more people seem to suffer from anaphylaxis and it is just a nice way of saying that you want everyone to have fun. If there are people with severe allergies, you can avoid recipes that have things like shellfish or peanuts.
Things to do:
Pick up invitations (you did organze that?), stuff them, address them and mail them by the end of week six since you want to give the guests plenty of time to reply back to you.
Decide if you will have additional entertainment beside good friends, fun games and exquisite food. If you decide that you would like to order a live musician, for example, start pricing out the various entertainers out there. Where children are welcome to attend, a live clown might be an excellent idea to keep the children busy during the shower.
