Diapering the Balloon

You blow up a normal size balloon and then a guest tries to diaper it using a cloth diaper and diaper pins.
The catch is they have to do it while blindfolded. Whoever does it the fastest wins a prize.
It's hilarious seeing people do this especially when the balloon is popped while doing it.
Suggestions:
If you have a large number of participants, you could make popping their balloon an immediate disqualification. For smaller guest numbers, you may want to give each guest two or three tries (balloons).
