You need yarn or string and you give each person some and they cut off as much string as they think will fit around the mother-to-be's stomach. Someone measures the mother-to-be's stomach and whoever is closest wins a price.

Instead of using toilet paper, take a ball of yarn and have each guest cut off as long of a piece as they want without telling them what it is for. When everyone has their piece, measure the circumference of mother and baby with the yarn and who ever comes closest wins a prize. It makes it lot more fun because then guests can't count the number of toilet paper sheets
